HXE-450/13DL Aluminium wire rod breakdown machine is used to draw single bare aluminium wire from 9.5mm to 1.7mm-4.2mm.The drawing capstans are arranged in a line that are able to work continuously with drawing speed and electrical control can be matched with each other.

IV. After-sale service
Warranty: after shipping, machine part one year, electrical parts six months
Under these situation mentioned, the Seller will not take responsibility, but if the Buyer agree, will charge fees accordingly to repair the machine.

4. Not in the consuming part list.
5. After agreement are made for the shipping, for any damage, Buyer should inform Seller in letter form to repair in seven days, If beyond the dare, Seller shall take no responsibility.
6. For any other failures due to acts of God (such as lightning, typhoon, earthquake, riots, war, fire or flood) and other factors that will cause damage, Seller shall take no responsibility.Seller guarantee provide long term support regarding the parts and teach. After warranty, will charge accordingly.
V. Installation
The machine should be installed in the flat clean, well-ventilated ground, shock-absorbing rubber block on the base of the machine, placed by horizontal correction.
Use the foundation screws to fix the four sides of the machine on the ground to ensure that the machine is in operation, no vibrate.
Electrical control box RST terminal for the external power cord, ground wire terminal must be grounded.
VI. Lubrication
6-1. Ensure that the lubrication oil temperature control in the range of 40 -50 ℃ or lower.
6-2. Use special Silver lubrication oil to protect the wire.
